It comprises a contact member 1 associated with a rod 2 which can be moved axially in a fixed support 4 and which rod is engaged around a compression spring 6 whose ends abut respectively against the contact member 1 and the fixed support 4, whilst the latter is associated with a tilting block 8 through which the rod 2 of the contact member 1 passes with clearance and which interacts, on the one hand, with a point stop 92 and, on the other hand, with a spring 11 which tends to make the block 8 tilt in the direction of return of the rod 2 about the point stop 92. <IMAGE>
