The device comprises a tube 1 passing through the bottom of a reservoir 2, the said tube being provided with a wick 3, and including at its outer end a stopper made from a strip of lead 4 in the shape of a triangle whose tip points downwards. The liquid flows naturally from the container towards the outside but is slowed down by the wick, whilst even at the end, the strip activates the dropping of the liquid which by sliding along the wall forms drops. In order to vary the flow rate it is sufficient to act on the height of the liquid in the container or on the length of the wick. <IMAGE>
