PURPOSE:To guarantee the test diagnosing contents of a device to be diagnosed by providing the titled system with a control means for grasping and controlling an access state to a common device to which plural devices to be diagnosed are connected and approving the sending of an order in accordance with the access state. CONSTITUTION:When respective diagnosis programs in a test diagnosing central controlling part 20 which are prepared for respective devices 21a-21c generate orders through the common device 22, the approval of order sending is received from the control means 23 for the device 22. The means 23 grasps and controls the access state to the device 22 and approves the sending of an order in accordance with the access state. Consequently, a diagnosis order being executed by another diagnosed device can be prevented from being disturbed by the succeeding order, normal test diagnosis can be guaranteed and the plural devices which are connected to the common device can be simultaneously tested and diagnosed. |
