摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make the film thickness of a resistor uniform, to alleviate the bent of the resistor near an electrode, and to enhance durability against a surge voltage by forming a dummy land near the electrode of a conductor pattern. CONSTITUTION:Conductor paste is screen printed, dried and baked on an alumina substrate 110 to form conductor patterns 122 (122a, 122b) which become electrodes. In this case, dummy lands 150a, 150b and a resistor pattern 124 are formed in parallel with the advancing direction I of a squeegee near the electrodes 122a, 122b simultaneously with the pattern 122. Here, when the substrate 110 is coated with resistor paste, the squeegee is not dropped between the electrodes 122a and 122b, and moved at an equal interval on the electrodes 122a, 122b while being supported by the lands 150, 105b. Thus, the upper surface of the resistor pattern 124 is always isolated at the same interval from the substrate 110. As a result, a bent is not formed, durability against a surge voltage is improved, a variation and an irregularity in the resistance values do not occur.</p>
