PURPOSE:To increase a track feeding accuracy and to enable a high speed feeding even using a linear cam of bad accuracy by detecting the sipping amt. in advance from the linearity of the linear cam by a forming part and correcting the slipping amt. by the number of steps in the feeding of a stepping motor. CONSTITUTION:In the linear cam 1 of a forming part, the slippage from a linearity shows the similar trend in the case of using the same die and the amt. thereof becomes equal approximately. The slipping amt. is measured in advance by the measuring device such as laser micrometer, etc., to grasp the trend and slippage of the linear cam and based on these data the feeding amt. showing the linearity by the linear cam 1 is calculated and inputted into a microcomputer 8. A stepping motor 3 is used for feeding to execute a cam feeding according to the number of steps inputted in advance. The track feeding of high accuracy is thus enabled without necessitating the use of a high positioning sensor. |
