PURPOSE:To obtain a steamed confectionery with reduced bacterial contamination, etc., by containing a raw material for steamed confectionery prepared by wrapping bean jam, ingredients, etc., in a dough and forming the resultant dough in recessed parts formed in plural chambers of a cooking container, fermenting, steaming, cooling, packaging the formed dough, etc. CONSTITUTION:A cooking container 1 having plural chambers 4 divided with partition walls 3 and recessed parts 5 curved in a circular arc form in the bottoms of the chambers 4 is used to contain a raw material (a) for steamed confectionery prepared by wrapping bean jam, ingredients, etc., in a dough and forming the resultant dough in the above-mentioned recessed parts. The afore-mentioned container 1 in this state is subsequently fed into a fermentation chamber to carry out fermentation and then steaming operation. The resultant steamed material is then cooled and packaged in a wrapping paper 8, etc., to afford the aimed confectionery. |
