PURPOSE:To alleviate the pain of a patient by making the outer diameter of an insert part fine, by making the insert space of at least a part of an angle wire body and that of at least a part of a signal wire common. CONSTITUTION:An angle wire 27 as an angle wire body allows the leading end part 13 of an insert part 3 to curve by revolving the pulley 24 arranged in an operating part 4 by a curving operating knob 14. Both ends if the angle wire 27 are inserted through the wire reciver provided in the insert part 3 to be fixed to a leading end part main body 28 by a fixing part 36 and further pierced through the front end surface of the leading end part main body 28 to be connected to a coil 16 for measuring NMR to form a signal wire. Therefore, the function of a signal wire, which outputs the high frequency magnetic wave from a high frequency generator 39 to the coil 16 by a signal cable 17 and transmits the NMR signal from an abnormal region to an NMR signal detection circuit 38, is provided to the angle wire 27 curving a curved part 12 and the necessity for inserting a signal wire through the insert part 3 separately is eliminated and the diameter of the insert part is made fine.
