The system has an insulating disc (2) together with spacing sleeve (3-5) used as a one-piece injection moulded part. A desired weak point is provided. To form the desired weak point, intermediate webs are used that may meet various specified requirements. The max. outer periphery of the spacing sleeve is less than the inner diameter of the shaft hole in the insulating disc. The sleeve extends into the shaft hole and touches its inner walling. The arrangement is assembled using specified steps.
