PURPOSE: To bring to a stop surely and reduce risk of falling off due to vibration or external force by forming a strong connection area between the base-end thin pipe body and top end anchor nut stem. CONSTITUTION: On the bottom face of the base 1 a holder 4 to tightly adhere electric cord with a vinyl tape and the like, is connected and on the upper face, two thin pipes 8 in which the inside of the base end 6 is reinforced by a connecting stem 7 are set. The perimeter lateral face 9 is formed in such a shape as to fit in with a through-hole in the steel clamp plate and outside 12 of the top end, the inside base end of the anchor nut stem 14 having an engagement protrusion 13 is integrally and continuously connected with reinforcing stems 15. The thin pipes 8 are integrally set to stand on the upper face of the base 1 at an appropriate interval 16. Furthermore, the thin pipes 8 may be integrally set to stand on the upper face of the base 1 at an appropriate interval outside of the stem frame having the perimeter lateral face to fit in with the through-hole in the clamp plate. |
