PURPOSE: To confirm the operation of interlock, and to efficiently execute test regardless of the operating state of a simulator itself by adding an off-line interlock operation simulator. CONSTITUTION: An operation signal from a plant is fetched through an inputting device 1 by an interlock operation simulating part 4 in a simulated arithmetic operation controlling part 6, calculated in an operating state by using a logic table 3 in which the content of a relay sequence in a storage device 2 is described according to an operational content, and each process amount is calculated by a dynamic characteristic simulating part 5. Each simulated state is transmitted through a result outputting part 14 to an off-line interlock operation simulator 7, and the state of an arithmetic result part 11 is transmitted to a display device 18. Then, transfer from the outputting part 14 is stopped by a simulated arithmetic result setting processing part 13 in response to an off-line interlock start demand from an inputting device 9, and the result of an operating simulating part 12 is transferred to the result part 11. The simulating part 12 operates the operation simulation of interlock according to a logic table 3' in response to the changed state. |
