PURPOSE:To efficiently separate oxide superconductor powder by arranging a first magnet for floating the powder below the powder in the conveying direction, and providing a second magnet for moving the powder in the direction orthogonal to the conveying direction beside the powder and in the conveying direction. CONSTITUTION:During the conveyance of the mixed powder by a belt conveyor 21, only the oxide superconductor powder (component) 2 is floated from the mixed powder on the conveyor belt 21 by the Meissner effect due to the first magnet 22 on the lower surface of the belt conveyor 21. The floated oxide superconductor powder 2 is further allowed to cross the belt conveyor 21 by the second magnet 23 beside the belt conveyor 21, moved toward an accumulation vessel 24, dropped, and collected in the vessel 24. Meanwhile, the remaining non-superconductor powder (component) in the mixed powder is conveyed as such by the conveyor 21, dropped, and collected in an accumulation vessel. As a result, only the oxide superconductor powder 2 can be surely and efficiently separated from the non-superconductor powder. |
