PURPOSE:To stably keep the controlled position of an actuator by driving this actuator after providing an A/D converter, a memory which is freely latched, and a D/A converter on a front stage. CONSTITUTION:The input analog signal is converted into the digital signal by an A/D converter 5 and stored in a memory circuit 4 by a latch signal 7 of the control/hold selection signal. When no signal 7 is available, the immediate ly preceding digital signal is held by the memory 4. The contents of the circuit 4 are supplied via an amplifier 2 and an actuator 1 is driven in response to position setting action. In such a constitution, the controlled position of the actuator can be held for a long time with high accuracy. |
