PURPOSE: To extremely rapidly and precisely mold a head having a required weight by providing the steps of obtaining a specific weight of a material press- fitted in a die cavity, blending and kneading a plurality of materials having different specific weights so as to obtain a specific weight substantially equal to the obtained specific weight value, and then press-fitting these materials into the die-cavity, and heating and compression-molding the materials. CONSTITUTION: Estimating that a die cavity for a head has a volume of 200cc, and the head to be obtained has a weight of 200g, and a compression rate of 1.3, the specific weight of the material is 1÷1.3 (compression rate) = 0.8. Accordingly, carbon fibers, fixing epoxy-resin and the like having different specific weights are blended and kneaded so as to prepare BMC having a specific weight of 0.8. The prepared material (5.240g) is inserted in a die-cavity 1 after the dies are opened. Then, the dies are closed so as to form a molding 4. In this case, the volume of the inserted material 5 having a weight 240g becomes 300cc. A discharge volume upon press-fitting is 40cc and, compression volume is 60cc. Further, the compression rate is 1.3 with respect to the cavity volume 200cc. Accordingly, the specific weight of the BMC, that is, 0.8×1.3=1, is the specific weight of the molding.
