PURPOSE:To improve the heat transferring property and conductivity of the titled composite metal wire by forming plural transmission holes on an Fe-Ni alloy wire and superposing, rolling and welding with pressure of Cu or Cu alloy wires on the same line to improve the adhesive property between the material wires. CONSTITUTION:The punching of the plural transmission holes on the Fe-Ni alloy wire 1 is performed by a punching press 2. Afterward, the metal wire 1 is reduced by the flow 4a of steam heated at the prescribed temperature in a reducing furnace 4 and cooled by gas 4b for cooling. Further, the Cu or Cu alloy wires 5 and 6 are subjected to brush grinding by brushes 9 and 10 and afterward, superposed on both surfaces of the cooled Fe-Ni alloy wire 1 and rolled and welded with pressure together by rolls 7. As a result, the incorporated composite metal wire 8 full of the Cu or Cu alloy on the transmission hole parts of the Fe-Ni alloy wire can be easily manufactured. Accordingly, the composite metal wire having the high heat transferring property and conductivity and besides, with the excellent surface and stable adhesive property is obtained. |
