A composition based on heparin micropolysaccharides active when administered orally contains a combination of a) at least one heparin micropolysaccharide compound, b) at least one physiologically acceptable ose capable of being absorbed by the intestinal mucosa, c) a physiologically acceptable ionic salt of a metallic cation, the constituents a), b) and c) being in mutual proportions such that said composition has an anticoagulant effect in vivo when administered orally. |
