PURPOSE:To reduce the heating loss such as Jule heat or friction heat by arranging a current lead and a slip ring to a refrigerant supply line of a refrigerant circulating circuit. CONSTITUTION:A current lead 21 is led by insulating the inside of a refrigerant supply line 7 from a field coil, and a low temperature of a slip ring 22 forming a conductive line of a rotary section and a static section is provided to a cooling section used for a supplied refrigerant. An electric insulating terminal 24 is provided so as to pass through the wall of a container of a refrigerant supply and discharge coupling 12 and to keep an airtight. The current lead 21 and a low temperature of the slip ring 22 is cooled and maintained nearly at a refrigerant temperature during supply of the refrigerant.
