<p>PURPOSE:To improve the precision of coordinate detection by forming each unit of the pattern shape of an vibration-proof material so that its length in the direction from the center part to the peripheral part of an vibration transmission plate and its length in the direction of the side of the vibration transmission plate are longer than the wavelength of vibration transmitted on the oscillation transmission plate. CONSTITUTION:An vibration-proof material 7 is set to an vibration transmission plate 8 for the purpose of preventing vibration transmitted from an vibration pen 3 from being reflected on the peripheral part and returning toward the center part, and the vibration transmission plate 8 is supported by the vibration-proof material 7. Many triangular patterns are arranged in the peripheral direction of the vibration transmission plate 8 to form the vibration-proof material 7. A length (b) of a triangular shape 7' of one unit and a width (a) in the arrangement direction (the direction of the side of then vibration transmission plate 8) are made longer than the wavelength of a transmitted elastic wave. By this constitution, the transmitted elastic wave is multireflected on the uneven part of the pattern shape of the vibration-proof material 7 to change the reflection direction, and the reflected wave is considerably attenuated by the increase of the number of times of reflection, and an influence of the reflected wave upon the direct wave is reduced.</p> |
