Many triangular patterns are arranged in the peripheral direction of the vibration transmission plate 8 to form the vibration-proof material 7. A length (b) of a triangular shape 7' of one unit and a width (a) in the arrangement direction (the direction of the side of then vibration transmission plate 8) are made longer than the wavelength of a transmitted elastic wave. By this constitution, the transmitted elastic wave is multireflected on the uneven part of the pattern shape of the vibration-proof material 7 to change the reflection direction, and the reflected wave is considerably attenuated by the increase of the number of times of reflection, and an influence of the reflected wave upon the direct wave is reduced.</p>
