摘要 PURPOSE:To generate intermediate dense laser beams without damaging oscillation efficiency, and to extract laser beams efficiently from an amplifying stage by providing a laser resonator consisting of a magnifying mirror, at an oscillation stage of which a central section is given partial reflecting properties and a peripheral section nonreflecting properties, and a total reflection convergent mirror. CONSTITUTION:Laser beams 6 magnified and partially reflected by a partial reflecting film 31 at the central section of a magnifying output mirror 3 at a oscillation stage 1 are amplified by a laser medium 5 while being changed into parallel beams 7 by a collimated total reflecting mirror 4. The outer circumferential section of the parallel beams 7 is extracted as laser beams 9 through a non-reflecting film 30 and part of a central section thereof as laser beams 8 through a partial reflecting film 31, and both laser beams are synthesized and introduced to an amplifying stage as laser beams 10. Part of the central section of laser beams 7 is magnified and reflected by the partial reflecting film 31, and reciprocated again in a resonator. Laser beams introduced to the amplifying stage are amplified by a laser medium 50 in the amplifying stage and turned into a large output, and condensed by a lens 12, thus exciting and working a condensing object 13.
