PURPOSE:To efficiently update a data base by generating a change check rule table of external change factors and referring to this table to automatically generate an update code table in accordance with data to be updated read out from the data base and using this generated update code table to generate update operation procedures. CONSTITUTION:The process where a change check rule table 12 of external change factors is generated, the process where data to be updated is extracted from an internal information management data base 11 and the change check rule table 12 is referred to generate an update code table 16, and the process where update operation procedures 18 are generated from the generated update code table 16 through an update operation procedure generating mechanism 17 corresponding to the form of each data base 11 are provided. Generated update operation procedures 18 are executed by a command interpreter 19 for each data base 11 and the data base is collectively and automatically updated. Thus, each data base is collectively and automatically updated not to require the manual operation. |
