PURPOSE:To easily crush the leaves and stalks of general raw vegetables into small pieces, by treating raw vegetables with a mixer together with dry ice. CONSTITUTION:Raw vegetables are frozen with dry ice and cut into small pieces by the treatment with a mixer together with dry ice. Dry ice is evaporated according to the crushing of the leaves and stalks and fine vegetable powder wet with exuded juice is obtained. |
