<p>PURPOSE:To reduce an operator's burden by comparing and diagnosing by a computer, information of an operation procedure table, and operation permitting condition table, and an operation completion condition table stored in the inside of a computer system, and information related to an actual plant state. CONSTITUTION:All operation procedures required for a plant operation advance management are stored in an operation procedure table 6. Therefore, an operation procedure manual becomes unnecessary, and an operator's burden for checking this procedure manual is reduced. Also, an item to be monitored at the time of operation is stored in advance in an operational permitting condition table 8, and a computer compares and diagnoses automatically an actual plant state and a table data, and outputs a discrepancy condition. Therefore the operator's burden related to monitoring of a measuring instrument and its decision is reduced. Also, whether an operation of the operation item concerned has been completed or not is diagnosed by comparing automatically an operation completion condition table 10 with actual plant information by the computer, therefore, especially, as for the operation item for spending many hours for completing the operation after having started the operation, the operator's continuous monitoring burden can be reduced.</p> |
