发明名称 EVALUATING METHOD FOR TASTE OF RICE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To accurately and speedily evaluate the taste of sample rice by grinding, agitating, and mixing the sample rice to constant size and measuring the infrared-ray absorbance, and comparing it with the taste evaluation coefficient value based upon the absorbance of known rice. CONSTITUTION:The sample rice is thrown in the supply hopper of a grinding device, and sent to and ground by a grinding part; and the rice which is ground to the constant size is put in a sample bottle placed under a cyclone separator. Then the sample bottle is mounted on an agitating device and the rice is agitated and mixed. Then the sample bottle 16 is mounted under the integrating sphere 13 of a near infrared ray spectral analyzing device 3 and near infrared light is projected by a light source 10 and reflected in the integrating sphere 13, so that photodetectors 14a and 14b detect the absorbance. On the other hand, the taste evaluation coefficient value is found from the food evaluation value and absorbance obtained by a sensor test of the known rice and set. Then the taste evaluation value of the sample rice is calculated from the absorbance of the sample rice and the set taste evaluation coefficient value. Then the sample rice is ground to constant size to reduce variance of absorbance measurement, so the accuracy of the taste evaluation value is also improved.</p>
