PURPOSE:To obtain a natural fruit juice dressing having agreeable taste and flavor of fruit and good for health because of the absence of too much vegetable oils and fats, by mixing natural fruit juice with 1-3 times volume of vegetable oils and fats. CONSTITUTION:Natural fruit juice is prepared by extracting fruits such as citrus fruits, kiwi fruit, strawberry or watermelon using conventional method. The obtained fruit juice is added with 1-3 times volume of vegetable oils and fats (e.g., salad oil) and a proper amount of salt, pepper, etc. If necessary, the mixture is further added with 0.1-0.5 times volume of a food vinegar (e.g., brewed vinegar or apple vinegar) based on the natural fruit juice and stirred to obtain the objective dressing. |
