PURPOSE:To execute an arithmetic processing at high speed and with high accuracy, and to conform to an IC by simple constitution, by changing the gain of a switched capacitor integrator. CONSTITUTION:Signals which are generated by bringing the respective formed images to photoelectric conversion are accumulated in a CCD, and outputted non-destructively through floating gates Fr1-Frn, Fb1-Fbn provided on the CCD. Also, at the time of calculating a correlation value of an outputted signal, an analog calculation is executed by using a charge coupling method by a switched capacitor integrator using a capacity element. Also, the gain of the switched capacitor integrator is made variable. In such a way, the calculation can be executed at a high speed and with high accuracy, and also, the circuit constitution is simplified, and the latitude of the correlation value can be improved. |
