PURPOSE:To obtain a food for health, and free from the characteristic odor and stickiness of fermented soybean, by adding freeze-dried Bacillus natto, Lactobacillus, yeast, etc. to a food, and solidifying the mixture. CONSTITUTION:The objective food can be prepared by mixing freeze-dried spores of Bacillus natto, freze-dried cells of Lactobacillus, yeasts, preferably dried beer yeast, vitamins, and sugars, preferably sucrose and starch syrup. |
