A cushion is fitted on the frame (7), and a cam mechanism (3) is connected rotatably to the resistance arm (1). A lock arrangement (4) is provided for the cam mechanism (3). The cam mechanism is connected by a traction loading unit (5) to a spring device. - During training, the resistance arm is rotated by the lower leg, the traction loading unit is unwound onto the periphery of the cam mechanism, whilst the spring device potential energy increases. When the resistance arm is braked, the traction loading unit is unwound from the cam mechanism, and the spring device potential is diminished. |
