The cleanser is for removal of solid matter such as rags or plastic bags from a flowing fluid. It comprises a downwardly inclined, U-shaped cross-section groove (1) in which a feed screw is rotatably located (7). In its inclined section, the groove is broken through by apertures which form a grid (2), and in its opposite part the groove has an outlet aperture (9) in which the captured and upwardly transported articles (15) can leave the groove and drop into a container (10). The feed screw is freely located at its lower end, and at its upper end is motor-driven (8). The group is pivotably located around its centre point and can be swung upwards to a horizontal service position. |
