1. A method for the continuous extrusion coating of a wooden profile with a thermoplastic material, in which a fusion adhesive layer is firstly applied in molten state to the profile by means of a first extrusion tool and then the thermoplastic material is applied to the fusion adhesive layer by means of a second extrusion tool, characterised in that the fusion adhesive is cooled immediately after application and its surface is then smoothed by means of a calibrating tool, in that the profile with the fusion adhesive is then cooled, before the profile is introduced into the second extrusion tool, and in that the coating of the profile is cooled downstream of the second extrusion tool. |
