PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of a foaming raw material onto a connecting section for a surface fastener by mounting a sealing material outside the connecting section in the surface fastener attracted onto a mold surface by magnetic force and foam-molding a cushion body under the state in which the periphery of the surface fastener is scaled. CONSTITUTION:A surface fastener 36 is formed in such a manner that a magnetic substance 46 consisting of thin lamellar or filmy iron is housed into a baggy base material 46 and a connecting section 50 is shaped onto the base material 46. A sealing material 52 is bonded or welded to the base material 46 on the outside of the connecting section 36 for the surface fastener. The fitted surface fastener 36 is attracted and fixed to a mold surface by the attraction of magnetic force by a magnet 42 on the mold surface and a magnetic substance 48 in the base material. A foaming raw material 18 such as a polyurethane foam raw material is injected into a mold cavity 32 under that state, and foam-molded. |
