PURPOSE: To make construction work or replacement work due to breakage easier with a high efficiency and vibration proofing by installing a wall material to a structural body by using a special attaching tools and by performing the work of heavy wall material dropping type. CONSTITUTION: Male and female type coupling portions 2, 5 are provided to the end edge of a long-sized board member in longitudinal direction, and a ceramic based sheathing material having a plurality of linking portions with a hook-shaped cross section provided in a longitudinal direction on the rear surface. Also provided is an attaching deviceβcomprising a fixed piece 11 as a driving surface for a nail 18 to the bottom surface having a gutter cross section, a hook-shaped linking portion 13 bent to a hook shape inwardly at the tip of one side edge, and a T-shaped linking portion 15 formed to a T-shaped cross section at the other side edge. And a hook- shaped linking portion 13 is fixed over the structural body 19, linking portions 7, 9 of the sheathing materialαare linked and installed to the attaching deviceβ, and sheathing materialαis mounted between the tip of the male type coupling portion 2 in the lower stage and the surface of rising portion of T-shaped linking portion 15 of attaching fittings thereby covering the tip of the upper and lower sheathing material.
