PURPOSE:To assure good plating efficiency and obtain an attracting surface which is resistive to friction by forming the attracting surface as the concaved spherical surface on the female piece and as the protruded spherical surface on the male piece. CONSTITUTION:A disk-shaped ferromagnetic plate 2 is attached to the other end surface of a doughnut-shaped parmanent magnet having a center hole 1a and forming the one end surface as the protruded spherical surface and the ferromagnetic material member 2a is attached to the center of the plate 2 within the hole 1a by the caulking 2'a through the plate 2 and washer 4 with leg segment 4a attached to the rear side of the plate 2. Next, the circumferencial edge of the plate 2, circumferencial surface of magnet 1 and the one end surface of magnet 1 are integrally covered with a non-magnetic case, thereby forming a female piece (b). The ferromagnetic material member 3 is attached forming a male piece (a), by the caulking through the plate 3 and the washer 4 with leg segment 4a attached to the non-adsorbing surface of plate 3, in such a manner as being protruded, to the adsorbing surface of the concaved spherical ferromagnetic plate 3 which is detachably atracted to the one curved magnetic pole surface of the female piece (b).
