PURPOSE:To improve the effective use of a common bus by adopting the constitution such that the access state of a main storage unit is grasped by a bus control unit side. CONSTITUTION:When a central processing unit 12 gives a use request of a common bus 10, the central processing unit 12 references interleave information of M-set of main storage units 16, 18 fed to an exclusive bus 11 and supplies a bus request signal 24 giving the use request of the common bus 10 and a data 26 representing the main storage unit number specifying the main storage unit to be accessed to a bus control section 30. A request encoder circuit 204 in a request circuit 200 receives a selection signal outputted from a main storage unit selection circuit 202 and a memory request signal 111 representing the fact to be accessed to the main storage unit and outputs the bus request signal 24 to give a use request of the common bus 10 and a data 26 representing the main storage unit number specifying the main storage unit to be accessed. |
