PURPOSE:To obtain an irregular coated steel plate excellent in workability and durability by applying paints, to which organic high molecular fines are added, to undercoating and drying them and coating the paints with topcoat colored paints. CONSTITUTION:Undercoating paints in which 5-40pts.wt. organic high molecular fines having mean grain size of 5-10mum are added to a 100pts.wt. film forming organic binder resin are applied onto the surface of a steel plate through a conversion-treated film as required, and heated and cured. Topcoat colored paints are further applied onto the undercoating paints, and heated and cured. Accordingly, an irregular coated steel plate excellent in weather resistance and workability can be acquired. |
