PURPOSE:To prevent a material to be machined from being distorted and overshooting etc., by providing a control device to reduce a speed and suspend a machining according to a prescribed deceleration pattern to an instruction to stop the machining. CONSTITUTION:When a microcomputer 14 receives an instruction to stop an operation, it transmits to an X-axis D/A converter 15 and a Y-axis D/A converter 16 such signals that a regular deceleration pattern is taken. An X-axis servomotor 17 and Y-axis servomotor 18 are stopped by signals from the X-axis D/A converter 15 and Y-axis D/A converter 16. When a control device 11 receives an instruction to stop the machining from a control panel even if the machining is being continued, the machining speed is changed to a regular, prescribed deceleration as the machining conditions are maintained Accordingly, the machining is smoothly stopped as a regular machining locus is being traced. |
