<p>PURPOSE:To attain efficient evaluation of a built-in EEPROM with simple constitution by separating an EEPROM section from a control circuit such as a microcomputer selectively. CONSTITUTION:A switching circuit 3 connects the built-in EEPROM 4 from a control section 2 of a microcomputer circuit or the like to an input/output terminal 1 in response to a switching input 5 of an operation mode signal. By the connection, an EEPROM evaluation circuit connected to the terminal 1 evaluates the ROM 4 to evaluate efficiently the built-in ROM with simple constitution.</p> |
