The dental hand instrument (3) comprises a hand grip (1) to which one or more working portions (7) are joined by angular connecting ones (25). Each connecting portion has a cutting edge (17, 19) on one side at least, typically with one or more ground faces (27, 29, 33). The ground faces can be straight, joining together in a V-shape, while ground face (33) can be of truncated-cone shape. USE/ADVANTAGE - Multipurpose dental hand insturment.
