<p>PURPOSE: To give a wide application property by providing horizontal hasp plates at each of first and second hasps, and providing a slot at the end of each hasp plate, and also providing a hole into which a shackle closing leg is to be inserted. CONSTITUTION: When a hatch lid 73 is closed, an upper hasp 11 and lower hasp 13 are interfaced with each other in the vertical direction. In the next place, when a padlock 35 is released and shackle 32 are lifted up in its overall extension position, a pivot leg 55 is moved laterally into the slot 53 of a lower hasp plate 21. Following this operation, in a state where a shackle close leg 33 is interfaced with an upper close leg 31, the leg 33 is descended vertically downwardly to subsequently be inserted through the lower close hole 63 of the lower hasp plate 21, and a support point 59 is put in contact onto a periphery of the inside wall of the hole 31. In addition, the padlock 35 is moved upwardly so as to fasten a lock on the shackle.</p> |
