PURPOSE:To obtain a stable and high-quality machining by calculating a machining speed in advance and calculating a laser beam output by taking the machining speed as a function. CONSTITUTION:The change of the machining speed calculates an acceleration/ deceleration pattern from a machining locus given to a microcomputer 20, at the same time, a voltage value to be a laser beam output proportional to the acceleration/deceleration pattern can be obtained from an operation expression: laser beam output = constant X acceleration. The digital value by which a D/A converter 21 can produce this voltage value is calculated and outputted to the laser beam oscillator 1 in synchronization with the output for the machining speed. The laser beam oscillator 1 changes the laser beam output in proportion to the voltage produced in the D/A converter 21. A port 22 outputs ON/OFF signals of the laser output to the laser beam oscillator. |
