PURPOSE:To suppress the reduction fading of a cyan dye and to improve the photostability of a yellow dye image by using specific coupler dispersion additives. CONSTITUTION:>=1 kinds of the compds. expressed by the formula I are mixed with the dye forming coupler and are incorporated into a titled photosensitive material. In the formula, Z denotes a benzene ring or pyridine ring having >=1 substituents; R1-R3 denote, H, halogen, cyano, etc.; l denotes 1-3; m denotes 2-4. The dispersion additive expressed by the formula can be synthesized by the reaction of benzoyl chlorides and penoxides or the reaction of the benzoyl chlorides and phenols in the presence of a base. The compds. expressed by the formula II are usable as the compds. expressed by the formula. An acyl acetamide deriv., etc., are usable for the yellow coupler and naphthol or phenolic couplers of an oil protection type are usable for the cyan coupler. |
