PURPOSE:To increase the speed of unpacking work and to collect a cut bundling member in a small size, by mounting a cutting apparatus having a cutting blade advancing and retracting in the direction crossing a feed direction in order to cut the bundling member of the packed body on a feed conveyor and a take-up apparatus having a bifurcated claw body inserted in the bundling member to rotate. CONSTITUTION:When the packed body 2 placed on a feed conveyor 3 reaches an unpacking position 7, the press cylinder 16 of a pressing apparatus 14 is extended and a press pad 15 presses the packed body 2 toward a take-up apparatus 6 and, when the packed body 2 is brought into contact with the roller 17 of a guide body 18, the packed body 2 operates a limit switch to operate a pressure switch. Next, the rising and falling cylinder 11 of the take-up apparatus 6 is contracted and a bifurcated claw body 10 falls to be inserted in the bundling member 4 and the cutting cylinder 13 of a cutting apparatus 5 is extended and a cutting blade 9 advances to cut the bundling member 4. The bundling member 4 is disjointed around the packed body 2 but supported on the side of the take-up apparatus by the roller 17 of the guide body 18 and the complexity of the bundling member 4 during the taking-up due to the bifurcated claw body 10 is avoided. |
