PURPOSE:To reduce the number of switches, by connecting a drive source bus and a reverse source bus connected respectively through a drive switch and a reverse switch with a power souce to respective inductors through counter flow block diodes. CONSTITUTION:When a drive source switch SF is turned ON, voltage is applied onto a drive source bus 6 and diodes DF1-DF4 are biased forwardly. Since drive switches SFU1-SF4 are tuned ON at this time, current flows in the direction of solid line arrows through respective inductors L1-L4 of a linear motor, and the linear motor is driven forward. When a reverse source switch SB is turned ON, voltage is fed to a reverse source bus 7 and diodes DB1-DB4 are biased forwardly. Since reverse switches SB1-SD4 are turned ON at this time, current flows in the direction of dashed line arrows through respective inductors L1-L4, so as to drive the linear motor reversely. |
