PURPOSE:To automatically and smoothly draw out a paper bundle from packing paper, in drawing out the paper bundle, by blowing air in the inside rear end part of the packing paper coming into a vacuum state. CONSTITUTION:When a packing paper bundle 22 impinges against a positioning stopper 71, the front side surface of the packing paper 37 of the packed paper bundle 22 is cut out by the rotation of a side circular cutter 66 and, when the packed paper bundle 22 reaches a packing paper release position, the front surface of the packing paper 37 of the packed paper bundle 22 is horizontally cut out by a front circular cutter 63. Vacuum suction pads 73, 76 peel the front part of the packing paper 37 from the paper bundle 28 and the rear end part of the packing paper 37 is grasped by the packing paper grasping means 38 of a push-out apparatus 35. The front end part of the paper bundle 28 is grasped by grasping pawls 43, 44 and compressed air is blown in the packing paper 37 from an air blow nozzle 82 and a paper bundle grasping apparatus 45 smoothly draws out the paper bundle from the packing paper 37 without any resistance while the vacuum state of the internal rear end of the packing paper 37 is relaxed. |
