PURPOSE:To carry out continuous action without worsening fluidizing properties of synthetic resin by bonding the inner peripheral section of a clamping fitment with the outer peripheral section of a ceramic nozzle provided with small openings for injection of a molten material, and screwing the clamping fitment into the end of a heating cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic nozzle 2 of almost conical shape is mounted close to a tapered surface 2a by a press fitment 3 screwed into an end section 1. As for the ceramic for the nozzle 2, the same should desirably be a partially stabilized zirconia (PSZ) composed of zirconia (ZrO) as main component and of high strength and high toughness superior to other kinds of ceramics, with heat conductivity close to that of iron. The molten synthetic resin is heated up to a given temperature by a heating cylinder and discharged from the nozzle into the mold. At that time, the temperature of the mold is shut off by the nozzle and the heat is not transmitted to the molten synthetic resin to maintain the shape. |
