PURPOSE:To decrease the frequency of occurrence of command overrun in a command chain processing by starting the count in response to an input of the command request to a channel and taking precedence of the command request from a channel having a count of predetermined value over the processing request from other channels. CONSTITUTION:When a timer 22-i provided respectively to a channel 2-i and starting count in response to the input of a command request to a channel elapses for predetermined time, then the command request from the channel causing overflow is selected by taking precedence over the processing request from other channels. Thus, the frequency of occurrence of command overrun in the command chain processing is reduced. |
