PURPOSE:To ensure reproduction with satisfactory S/N despite an extremely narrow recording truck by reproducing the signal recorded to a magnetic recording medium with use of a change of transmission characteristics of a high frequency circuit due to the fact that the high frequency transmission characteristics of a magnetic matter are changed by a recording magnetic filed produced from the magnetic recording medium. CONSTITUTION:A block 3 contains two pieces of V-shaped pierced holes 4 and 5 which connect a face having a contact to a magnetic recording medium 1 and another face. A magnetism detecting element 6 having a size approximately equal to the recording truck width W is provided at a counter part to the medium 1, i.e., an intersection point between holes 4 and 5. A high frequency transmission line 7 connected to the element 6 at an end is provided coaxially within the hole 4 as an input circuit. Then a high frequency signal of 100-1,000MHz, for example, is supplied to the element 6 via the line 7. While a high frequency transmission line 9 connected to the element at an end is provided coaxially within the other hole 5 as an output circuit. An output wave detecting circuit 10 is connected to the line 9. |
