The deflector (6) advantageously has a first end part (8) adapted for removing dough at the bottom of the basin, an intermediate part (a) adapted for raising the dough removed towards the upper part of the basin, and a second end part (10) adapted for ejecting the dough towards the outside of the basin.</p> |
