<p>The kneading trough, comprising a basin having an open upper part and means for emptying said basin, is characterized in that said emptying means comprise at least one dough deflector (6) a part of which extends, in the active position, into the basin and is adapted for emptying the basin by relative displacement of the basin, the dough, and the deflector. The deflector (6) advantageously has a first end part (8) adapted for removing dough at the bottom of the basin, an intermediate part (a) adapted for raising the dough removed towards the upper part of the basin, and a second end part (10) adapted for ejecting the dough towards the outside of the basin.</p> |
