PURPOSE:To facilitate the mutual supplement of paper information and electronic information and to rapidly extract required information from the information source of large capacity with simple operation by disposing an operating plate to a guide line provided on a sheet, and using a switch or a cord situated at a position indicated by an indicating mark. CONSTITUTION:When a character or graphic information described on the sheet 1 and electronized relating information is required, arrows 21A and 21B on the operating plate 2 on which the plural switches 22 are disposed on relevant positions on the sheet 1 are disposed to guide lines 11A, 11B. The switches 22A and 22B situated at the positions corresponding to the indicating marks 12A and 12B of the plural switches 22 are used to input an output command to an equipment 3 for outputting the electronized information as visible or audible information. Thereby, the electronic information relating to the character or the graphic in the vicinity of the describe indicating mark 12 can be extracted as visible or audible information from the equipment 3. |
