PURPOSE: To provide a purchase carrier device with a detachable purchase proof tab by attaching a tab firmly to a marginal portion at one side of a space and breakably to a marginal portion at the opposite side of the space. CONSTITUTION: A tab 24 is connected to both sides of at least one finger hole 22. The tab 24 is connected to a marginal portion 17 at one side of the finger hole detachably by a breaking means 26 which is formed a cut, slit or perforation line. In lifting up carrier device 10, a finger is inserted into finger hole 22 to break off a breaking means 26 and a depress tab 24. The purchaser can take out the device and detach a purchase proof tab 24 along a hinge line 28 with scissors 20 or another cutter.
