PURPOSE:To convert corrugation of tangential direction to right angles to the joining line and to facilitate joining of membranes by making a device that forms tangential corrugation on a bottom membrane trisection type combination dies. CONSTITUTION:Two sets of trisection type combination dies are straight dies A, C, and another set is an R die B that intervenes between the straight dies A, C and bends tangential corrugation 3. One straight die a maintains linear tangential corrugation and maintains radial corrugation 2 by a pressing jig, and counteracts to rotational moment of whole bottom membrane. The R die B connected to the straight die A, i.e. a clamping die, bends linear tangential membrane and directs it at right angles to the joining line, and several kinds are provided to replace the die with a die having different carvature R according to the kind of bottom membrane. Another straight die C is connected to another end of the R die B and makes tangential membrane at right angles to the joint line. |
