<p>The present invention provides a drive system (1) for the operation of a variety of motor operated garage doors (2) and the like. The drive system (1) comprises a motor (5) which drives a rotatable worm drive shaft (9) which mates with a lifting arm (10) connected to the door (2). The drive system (1) is able to be used for all types of garage doors (2) and is easy to install to existing doors as well as providing security for the door (2).</p> |
